About Me

My multi-cultural background
Having been brought up in a multi-cultural home, across Europe and Africa, I celebrate the richness of different cultures and languages. I have gained first-hand experience of cultural diversity by living, studying and working in France, South Africa, Germany, Scotland and Kenya.
After gaining my Honours degree in Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, in South Africa, I went on to complete two master’s degrees. One was in Clinical Psychology from Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens Paris, in France, and the other in Human Cognitive Neuropsychology from the University of Edinburgh, in Scotland.
My way of working
In order to provide a service to you which is tailored to your needs and up to date with the newest developments in the field of psychology, continuous learning and following key developments within the profession are core to my practice.
Are you currently experiencing difficulties in juggling your multiple roles, be it in your work, your personal and social life? You can feel comfortable to speak to me about these issues, as I know the pressures of juggling work stress with your personal and social life all too well, having worked in fast paced and high pressure environments at a first tier Management Consulting Firm and an International Recruiting Firm.
Being able to express yourself in a language that you are comfortable with is key for successful therapy. This is why I primarily provide therapy to adults in English and German, my mother tongues. Additionally I have a C1 level proficiency in French.
I am formally registered with the L’Agence Regionale de Santé, Adeli number: 759391923.
